75 Calm Privacy Policy

75 Calm is a 75-day routine and reflection app operated by Stuke Digital LLC. You can use it without creating an account.

Your writing stays on your device

Your name or nickname, onboarding answers, start date, promise and signature, challenge progress, contact-boundary progress, journal entries, and unsent messages are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload this content to Stuke Digital LLC, RevenueCat, Supabase, or an AI provider. Your writing and signature are never used for analytics.

The app uses Apple's file protection for its private files and excludes its app-managed data folder from automatic device backups. Data is not synced between devices. Local data stays until you delete it or remove the app.

Subscriptions and purchase records

Apple processes purchases and payments. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. RevenueCat helps verify subscription access, restore purchases, and report subscription activity. It processes purchase records such as product identifiers, transaction and renewal information, subscription status, and an anonymous app-specific identifier. The app does not supply RevenueCat with your name, email, writing, signature, or onboarding answers.

Purchase records may be retained as needed to provide and restore subscription access, handle purchase support, and meet applicable obligations. Deleting local app data does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase Apple's purchase records.

Public settings and service requests

The app uses Supabase to read public price-display settings and, when available, published community information. These requests do not contain your name, private writing, signature, contact details, or onboarding answers. Service providers process standard connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect network requests. The app does not collect an advertising identifier, sell personal data, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

This release does not send native onboarding or journal activity to a behavioral analytics service and does not offer AI processing of your content.

Notifications and device access

Reminders are optional local notifications. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings. The app does not access your address book or send messages to anyone. Drawing a promise is optional and stays local.

Export and deletion

In Me → Your data, you can export or delete your local app data. An export can contain private writing; it is shared only with the destination you choose. Deletion also removes exports still held by the app. Copies you already shared remain with their recipients or chosen storage services.

To cancel a subscription, use Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data does not cancel a subscription.

For privacy questions, data requests, or support, email stukeleo@gmail.com. We process information you voluntarily send to answer your request and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send journal entries, unsent messages, signatures, or sensitive personal details.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information. Contact us to make a request. We cannot access or recover writing that remains only on your device.

Service providers and policy changes

Apple, RevenueCat, and Supabase process information to provide their services and protect their systems. Their own privacy policies also apply to that processing. We require service providers receiving data from our apps to provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable App Store requirements.

75 Calm is intended for adults. We may update this policy when the app's practices change, and will update the date above.
